All of our products are 100% artisan-made and handmade, and they may vary in appearance and have some imperfections by nature.

However, we always strive for our customers' satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us here with the reason for the return and your order number. We do not offer exchanges. The amount will be refunded to the card used within 3-7 working days, excluding holidays.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your ordered products must be in the same condition as you received them—unused, in their original packaging, and dispatched within 7 days upon arrival. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We carefully inspect each product prior to shipping. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Promo Products

Promo/Sale Products are final and cannot be refunded.

Shipping Cost

As we are a small business, the cost of returning the item will not be covered by XIX Concept and must be paid by the customer.
